RM Designer Lite-Tech Non-FR Blackout

RM Designer Lite-Tech Blackout is significantly softer and lighter in weight than conventional blackouts. It drapes very well, and any creasing can be ironed out easily. This lining puts less strain on drapery hardware because of its lower drape weight. RM Designer Lite-Tech Non-FR Blackout is less prone to black coating pull-through at the needle holes, a particular problem on lighter-colored fabrics. This lining will not absorb water as a conventional blackout does, and when wet it will dry in 50% less time.

Construction

There is no substitution for quality in drapery linings and interlinings. As a general rule, luxury level linings and interlinings indicate products are constructed with higher thread counts which offer a superior linings and interlinings.

Cost

Some may think that using luxury level drapery linings and interlinings will dramatically increase the cost of a project. This is really not correct. While the cost of luxury linings and interlinings is slightly higher than economy linings, the added benefits provided by luxury level products actually makes the upgrade worth the slight price increase.
